Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Dan Baum grew up in Northern New Jersey and obtained his undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University in 1996. He graduated from the Ohio State University with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2000. He worked at a small animal practice in the Dayton, Ohio area for many years before joining the Hopewell Animal Hospital Family in 2007. Dr. Baum spends his time away from the office with his wife Kelly, son Brogan, dog Lucy, and cat Chloe.

Dr. Keith Murrell grew up in Miamisburg, Ohio. He obtained his undergraduate degree and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ohio State University. After graduation, he worked at a small animal practice in Kettering, Ohio. Dr. Murrell then relocated to the Cincinnati area where he has been practicing at Hopewell Animal Hospital for more than thirty years. When away from the office, Dr. Murrell enjoys spending time with his wife Darlene, and cat Austin.
