Dr. Daniel L. Baum, DVM
Dr. Dan Baum grew up in Northern New Jersey and obtained his undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University in 1996. He graduated from the Ohio State University with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2000. He worked at a small animal practice in the Dayton, Ohio area for many years before joining the Hopewell Animal Hospital Family in 2007. Dr. Baum spends his time away from the office with his wife Kelly, son Brogan, daughter Rylan, dogs Olive ("Ollie") and Sassafras ("Sassy"), and a fuzzy, mischievous orange cat named Nomad
Dr. Jamie T. Rosen, VMD
Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Rosen graduated from Duke University in 1999, and then earned her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. After practicing for 3 years in the Boston area, she convinced her husband Michael to move back down south to Nashville for warmer weather. Dr. Rosen worked in a clinic in Nashville for 7 years, before her husband accepted a job at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in 2013. She spends her free time with her husband Michael, daughter Molly, son Jack, dogs Brewster and Obi, and cats Pete the Cat and George Washington.
Dr. Samantha S. Miller, DVM
Dr. Miller (soon to be Dr. Beaver) grew up in northwest Indiana and received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Purdue University in 2017 – Boiler Up! She then attended the University of Missouri for veterinary school and will be receiving her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in May 2021. Even though Dr. Miller is known for being a Golden Retriever enthusiast, she is passionate about providing each patient with the highest quality of care. Some of her veterinary interests include dentistry, nutrition and preventative medicine. In addition to cats and dogs, Dr. Miller also has experience with exotic pets. Dr. Miller is one of nine siblings and always looks forward to family gatherings over the holidays. Her and her soon-to-be husband, Matt, have their hands full with 4 dogs, a cat, and a horse at home. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Miller enjoys drinking coffee in the morning, spending time outdoors with her dogs, and horseback riding with her noble steed, Pippin.
Dr. Crystal Doyle DVM, DACVIM
Dr. Doyle is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has been practicing Internal Medicine since 2011. Dr. Doyle honed her skills on a wide variety of pathologies while in Los Angeles working at one of the nations original specialty hospitals. Her collaborative work ethic has led her to support many well regarded veterinarians in the tri-state area. She serves as the continuing education program chair on the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association board. She enjoys the outdoors with her husband, two daughters, a rescued Golden Doodle, and a handsome black and white kitty.

Dr. Jennifer Polis
Dr. Jennifer Polis (Millette) grew up in Cincinnati Ohio in Anderson Township and went to Saint Ursula Academy before attending The Ohio State university. There she earned her Bachelors of Science in Zoology (2006), Masters of Public Health – Veterinary Public Health specialty (2012), and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (2011). Dr. Polis moved back to Cincinnati in 2011 to practice small animal general practice and soft tissue surgery. Patient care is her top priority; she treats every pet like it is her own. She has a special passion for preventive medicine, geriatrics, pain/chronic pain management, dermatology/allergies, and nutrition/diet planning. Outside of work Dr. Polis spends her time with her husband John, daughter Samantha, and puppy Mazie. She loves to cook with her family, go for walks, read, and knit.
