Preparing For Your First Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a fresh fecal sample (less than 24 hours old). If possible, send your pet’s previous veterinary records at least 48 hours before your appointment, or as soon as you can. This helps us register your pet in advance and ensures we’re fully prepared for your visit.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

We kindly ask our valued clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. This allows us to better accommodate all our patients and provide the best care possible.
